Summary

CSSpeek does not collect personal data. The extension runs locally on pages you explicitly activate it on and does not transmit page content, browsing history, or form input to any server.

Information we collect

• Website analytics: We use privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible / Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count visits in aggregate. No cookies, no personal data.
• Contact form submissions: If you email us, we keep your message to reply. We delete correspondence after 12 months of inactivity.
• Local extension storage: CSSpeek stores your preferences on your device using Chrome's storage API. This data never leaves your machine.

Information we do not collect

• Browsing history
• Page content from the sites you visit
• Form inputs, passwords, or cookies
• Any personally identifying information beyond voluntary emails

Third parties

CSSpeek does not share data with third parties. The extension does not load third-party scripts or trackers.

Your rights

You can uninstall the extension at any time; this deletes all local data. For GDPR / CCPA requests, email support@csspeek.com.

Changes

If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll update the date at the top of the page and notify users via the changelog.
